Johnsons Building Services has been building, extending and renovating Barnsley homes for over 20 years. Most of what we build in Barnsley is submitted as a Building Notice or Full Plans application to Barnsley MBC Building Control on Westgate. Where the work is permitted development we'll prepare and submit a Lawful Development Certificate so the title is clean for resale. Party Wall Act notices are handled in-house — we draft and serve them on your behalf where the work affects a shared boundary.
