    Building Control & Planning

    Working with Leeds's council

    Leeds work is submitted to Leeds City Council Building Control. We typically use a Full Plans application for extensions over 30 sqm or anything structural, and Building Notices for simpler work. Where Article 4 directions or conservation status applies (parts of LS6 and LS7) we'll flag it at the first visit and adjust the design accordingly.
